I saw this antique rocking horse through the open doorway of an antiques shop in Jerome, Arizona. There was a window behind with the distant view creating a silhouette. The potted flowers and walkway drew me in.
About Terry Holliday
Watercolor is my first love, my first art experience. Since picking up a watercolor brush at the beckoning of my grandmother; I have tried diligently to study and master the art of painting with this medium. After years of painting with watercolors, I still know there is much to learn. I taught Art for 15 years in two small secondary schools in Texas. Teaching allowed me to be exposed to many other art media. I became very interested and excited about photography, colored pencil, and pen and ink drawing.
